The ELC-775 lifting tower is equipped with two safety systems, ensuring maximum reliability during the lifting and lowering of loads:
1. Self-braking double crank winch. The winch's self-braking system prevents recoil and stops the load at the desired height;
Once the desired height is reached, when you stop operating the winch lever, its braking mechanism engages, preventing recoil and immobilizing the load.
2. ASB (Automatic Locking Safety System)
Hinge mechanism with safety pins. In the extreme event of a cable break, the system would immediately lock the tower section, preventing any movement of the load.
The construction of this lift is carried out with the most advanced welding equipment, ensuring maximum safety and strength,
always meeting the requirements of solidity, maneuverability, and lightness necessary for lifting loads.
