La torre di sollevamento ELC-785 è dotata di due sistemi di sicurezza;
garantendo la massima affidabilità durante il sollevamento e la discesa dei carichi:
1. Verricello auto frenante a doppia manovella
Il sistema autofrenante del verricello impedisce il rinculo e ferma il carico all'altezza desiderata;
Una volta raggiunta l'altezza desiderata, quando si smette di azionare la leva del verricello,
il suo meccanismo di freno inizia ad agire, impedendo il rinculo e paralizzando il carico.
2. Sistema ASB (Automatic Locking Safety System)
Meccanismo di cerniera con spille di sicurezza. Nel caso estremo di rottura del cavo,
il sistema bloccherebbe immediatamente la sezione della torre,
impedendo qualsiasi movimento del carico.
La costruzione di questo elevatore è effettuata con le più avanzate
attrezzature di saldatura che garantiscono la massima sicurezza e resistenza,
soddisfacendo in ogni momento i requisiti di solidità, manovrabilità e leggerezza
necessari per il sollevamento dei carichi.
