HERITAGE AUDIO 1084 Microphone Preamplifier
Estimated delivery in Italy between 18 and 22 June
Microphone Preamplifier
The HERITAGE AUDIO 1084 is a microphone preamplifier designed to fill the input module slots in the restoration process of vintage 80-series audio mixing consoles.
It is also compatible with Power Audio Frame 8 and Rack 2 enclosures.
Particular attention has been paid to sourcing the correct components that ensure the performance is as close as possible to a 1070s unit, as is possible nowadays.
Custom polystyrene and film capacitors have been developed to perfectly match the Siemens Styroflex and Mullard Mustard types from the late 60s and early 70s.
Custom input transformers have also been designed in collaboration with Carnhill Transformers' Oxford factory to meet our special requirements.
The HERITAGE AUDIO 1084 is entirely handcrafted in our facilities in Spain, using the same wiring and soldering techniques from the 70s. Its entire circuit is contained in five plug-in cards.
