The latest addition to Hollyland's Cosmo series, the C1 model, sets a new standard for real-time video monitoring at distances up to 300m line of sight, thanks to the revolutionary HEVO wireless transmission technology.
HEVO uses Adaptive Frequency Hopping (AFH) technology which improves video encoding efficiency by 30% and takes only 0.001s end-to-end from transmission to reception, in addition to seamless re-transmission technology. Together, these features offer exceptional reliability, increased signal strength, and superior anti-interference performance. Whether you are using manual or automatic mode, you can say goodbye to flickering, glitches, and black screens. Furthermore, you can simultaneously operate four of these video transmission systems in a single location without compromising the fluidity of the video transmission.
Designed for precise follow focus and high image sharpness, the Cosmo C1 is a powerful tool for video shooters.
The increased signal strength and its immunity to interference in the 5.1 - 5.8 GHz spectrum ensure smooth video transmission, even in complex environments. Cosmo C1 is also the first in its field to integrate UVC (USB Video Capture) technology. You only need a USB-C connection to deliver full HD 1080p60 video quality to a computer for direct live streaming, thanks to HEVO's support for UVC (USB Video Capture). No video capture device and no additional settings are needed, just plug in a simple USB-C cable!
Cosmo C1 supports HDMI and SDI connections on both TX and RX units, as well as an SDI loop-out on the TX unit. It can work with any mainstream camera, monitor, or switcher. In addition, there are three different power options for maximum flexibility. The DC power supply is great for indoor use, while the N-PF/L series battery and USB-C port make the unit portable for on-the-go shooting. The red low battery indicator shows 20m of remaining battery life, to avoid inadvertently running out of power.
