The Lark C1 SOLO is an ultra-compact wireless microphone system consisting of a transmitter based on 2.4 GHz wireless technology with active noise cancellation and a receiver that connects to an iPhone to monitor and record received audio in high quality at 16-bit / 48 kHz on mobile devices. With a range of up to 200 m line-of-sight, the Lark C1 SOLO offers a wide range of features, enhanced by the versatility of the dedicated LarkSound App and a transmitter battery life of up to 8 hours for an unprecedented all-day recording experience.

The transmitter measures only 48 x 21.5 x 10 mm and weighs 11.5 g. This unique form factor allows the TX to be discreetly clipped to a shirt collar or jacket lapel, just like a lavalier microphone, but without having to route the cable directly to the bodypack. Comfortable to wear and durable, the TX also incorporates the microphone, which has an omnidirectional polar pattern and provides a frequency response of 20 to 20,000 Hz. Apart from the power button, there is only one button on the transmitter body, which performs a dual function: pairing with the receiver and activating Noise Cancellation. The Lark C1 SOLO uses an active noise cancellation system based on Hollyland's advanced proprietary sound processing technologies. Enhanced acoustic algorithms help suppress unwanted ambient noise to deliver clear sound in all circumstances. The transmitter is charged via a USB-C port.

The plug & play receiver, common to all Hollyland Lark C1 kits, plugs directly into your iPhone's Lightning or USB-C ports and is ready to use immediately. Audio is recorded directly to the mobile device via an App that must be installed and allows you to control various operating parameters: view the TX battery percentage, adjust the amount of noise cancellation, control the recording volume, etc. Real-time audio playback on the mobile phone's speaker occurs without the need to disconnect the RX from it, thus providing immediate monitoring of audio quality.

Compact in size (48.3 X 27.6 X 9 mm) and very light (7 g), this receiver is powered directly by the mobile device to which it is connected, so it has no internal battery, and is equipped with only the pairing button for pairing with the transmitter (which takes about 6 seconds) and the USB-C pass-through port for charging the smartphone.
