Wireless video transmission system consisting of a 4K transmitter and receiver. Unlike the Mars series, the Pyro series offers cross-compatibility between various devices.
Pyro H is a simplified version of Pyro S as it does not have SDI inputs/outputs, only HDMI, and allows a range of up to 400 m line-of-sight (with Broadcast mode disabled), offering superior clarity, detail, and realism thanks to dual-band transmission at 2.4 and 5 GHz, making it suitable for professional applications, such as cinema. One transmitter supports up to 4 receivers, offering greater monitoring stability and collaboration on set.
Thanks to a comprehensive App monitoring solution, users can access a range of sophisticated tools such as waveform, vectorscope, zebra pattern, aspect markers, anamorphic de-squeeze, and crosshatch directly on their devices.
The simple mode selection interface allows for a smooth frame rate and low latency (60 ms) with enhanced video clarity. Smooth or HD modes are available to suit the shooting scenario. In Smooth mode, Pyro S emphasizes fluid, low-latency playback by dynamically adjusting the bitrate to achieve a consistent latency of just 60 ms and a transmission distance of 200 m. HD mode, on the other hand, offers superior image quality, with a stable bitrate of 8 - 12 Mbps, even at 400 m, ensuring sharp videos.
This system offers the perfect solution for both professional shoots and smaller projects, as it employs USB Video Class (UVC) which allows seamless compatibility with a wide range of devices, such as computers, without requiring additional drivers or software installations. This Plug & Play functionality simplifies setup and operation, making it convenient for users in various scenarios such as live streaming and video conferencing.
Pyro H is equipped with HDMI input/output that supports a wide range of video formats for maximum compatibility with industry-standard equipment. With resolutions up to 4K @ 30 fps, this kit offers high-level visual fidelity and flexibility, allowing users to choose the best connection based on their shooting needs and equipment. Thanks to preset grouping and pairing, users are freed from the need to repeatedly and manually configure the transmitter and receivers.
The lightweight aerospace-grade magnesium/aluminum alloy shell ensures portability and physical robustness for demanding video content creators.
Pyro H is therefore the perfect solution for multi-user monitoring in dynamic shooting scenarios, such as film production, live events, live streaming, ENG/EFP applications, and more.
