The ICON PLATFORM M+ is a DAW controller designed for producers, engineers, and musicians who want real mixing control using actual faders, plus the flexibility of modern "in the box" or touchscreen digital music production in a smaller physical workspace. It features nine full-size motorized faders, eight dual-function rotary encoder knobs, backlit buttons for Mute, Solo, automation, and transport control, a jog wheel, and access to the entire mix in groups of 8 or one channel at a time.
The ICON PLATFORM M+ integrates with the most popular digital audio workstations and digital mixers with universal DAW mode and iCon mapping for Cubase, Nuendo, Ableton Live, ProTools, Logic, Reason, Studio One, Bitwig, Samplitude, Adobe Audition, Digital Performer, FL Studio, Sonar, Reaper, Touchmix-30 Pro digital mixer, and Scorpio Sound Devices mixer/recorder. Mackie Control and HUI protocols provide an almost perfect interface with digital mixers or DAW functions. But even if your recording system is not on this list, you can still map its functions with the intuitive MIDI user mode.
Integrated modular ports allow the ICON PLATFORM M+ to connect to additional expansion modules such as the Platform B+, which provides plug-in control and additional automation features for increased power, versatility, and creativity.
