IK MULTIMEDIA UNO DRUM is the definitive beat station for anyone who wants to create inspiring, warm, punchy, and high-quality grooves, combining impressive analog sound with the flexibility and convenience of digital.
IK MULTIMEDIA UNO DRUM offers 6 analog drum sounds for the warmest, richest, and most dynamic drum sound possible. These include 2 different kick drums, snares, claps, and hi-hats.
In addition, extra PCM elements (with 54 samples to choose from) are available for additional sounds. Toms, rims, cowbells, ride, and crash cymbals will help create unique, complex, and full rhythmic tracks. IK MULTIMEDIA UNO DRUM allows you to use up to 12 elements in total, combining analog and digital sounds (11-voice polyphony).
All of this can be saved and recalled on the fly with 100 drum kit presets, all pre-programmed and editable to your liking.
IK MULTIMEDIA UNO DRUM also offers 3 master audio effects: analog drive and compressor, and the stutter effect.
STUTTER offers adjustable depth, from subtle tremors to entire sections, to create different sound and groove feelings.
ROLL makes it easy to create tension in tracks by allowing rolls in eighths, triplet eighths, sixteenths, and thirty-seconds.
RANDOM adds a breath of fresh air by creating a new pattern on the selected element for unexpected surprises in every performance.
Between the analog engine designed by Soundmachines and the samples taken from IK's award-winning SampleTank, the diverse sound collections encourage fresh ideas and unique creations.
The 12 touch-sensitive pads are aligned in the center of IK MULTIMEDIA UNO DRUM and offer two velocity options for a more expressive live performance and easier programming. The pads are also used to select individual elements of drum patterns.
The step sequencer is at the bottom of UNO Drum and shows 16 steps and 4 pages. The sequencer also allows you to automate up to 8 parameters per step to obtain radically different sounds on each beat.
The Song mode allows you to connect up to 64 patterns to create extended grooves. In this mode, each step is its own pattern so you can trigger each of the saved sequences live and on the fly in any order you want. Song mode allows you to create long rhythms with the snap of a finger. Let the groove begin.
IK MULTIMEDIA UNO DRUM can be powered via USB, either from a computer, charger, or power bank, or by 4 AA batteries. This means the days of searching for a power outlet are over.
