The IK MULTIMEDIA UNO Synth is assembled at IK's Italian production facility to ensure the highest quality standards. Like most IK hardware products, the IK MULTIMEDIA UNO Synth was created by combining a blend of state-of-the-art automated assembly machines and testing systems with refined, renowned craftsmanship.
The IK MULTIMEDIA UNO Synth includes 100 ready-to-use presets (80 fully rewritable), making it ready to play right out of the box. Each preset also has an associated arpeggio and sequence, for even greater musical versatility.
Over 40 integrated controls available on the IK MULTIMEDIA UNO panel provide direct access to its internal software parameters, for immediate sound sculpting capability, without having to delve into cryptic and difficult-to-navigate menus. For even greater versatility, a Mac/PC editor allows you to control the IK MULTIMEDIA UNO via computer, store and manage an unlimited number of
presets.
The 27-note multi-touch keyboard of the IK MULTIMEDIA UNO offers a playability range of over two octaves, allowing you to play it both as a chromatic keyboard and by setting predefined scales. With a selection of 13 available scales, you can play in key with maximum ease, or draw inspiration from the included scales to adapt your performance to your musical style. The multimode arpeggiator offers 10 different arpeggio modes and a total range of 4 octaves, making the IK MULTIMEDIA UNO a real pleasure to play for both keyboardists and non-keyboardists.
The IK MULTIMEDIA UNO keyboard also functions as a step-edit control for the sequencer. Sequences can be programmed either in real-time
or in steps and include up to 20 parameters per step, making the UNO Synth's sequencer among the most powerful in its category.
Five types of modulation are also available (Dive, Scoop, Vibrato, Wah, and Tremolo) for instant dynamic expressiveness and to bring your performances to life, just like more experienced users.
