KORG introduces Pa1000, the latest High Performance Arranger from the renowned Pa series of professional keyboards. The Pa1000 features a rich, completely revamped sound database, with most sounds created using the renowned “Defined Nuance Control” technology, allowing for an even greater degree of realism. Performances created with Pa1000's sounds and Styles are always vivid and exciting, brilliantly covering every musical style and genre. These elements are further combined with a range of powerful management functions and a fast, intuitive user interface, capable of satisfying the needs of the most demanding musicians.

The Pa1000's sound generation system uses an internal PCM memory four times larger than that of the previous best-selling Korg Pa900, and a USER PCM memory of 600 MB (using data compression). The internal Style locations have now been increased to 1,152, to cover every stylistic and musical need. The internal amplification system has been further improved and refined, delivering a powerful and dynamic sound. Naturally, it features the TC Helicon vocal processor, the Dual MP3 player & recorder, and the Dual Crossfade Sequencer. The instrument comes standard with an RGB video output, for entertaining Karaoke performances or useful support for the performing musician. Finally, the Pa1000 has a high-quality cabinet with aluminum inserts, giving it an elegant and extremely professional overall look.

A revolutionary function for an arranger implemented on the Pa1000 is KAOSS FX, which allows for creative control of the performance, such as Morphing between Variations and Drum Kit types, Mixing between various accompaniments, Reshaping Styles, Delay, Arpeggios, all the way to the most radical and extreme DJ effects. These are just some of the real-time possibilities offered by this fantastic new function, designed to push the boundaries of your musicality even further!

Thanks to these new elements, the Pa1000 sets a new benchmark for Arranger Workstations, a huge leap forward compared to the already legendary Pa900.
