AVCore 16.8 is a new-generation AV processing hub, designed to combine a high-performance audio DSP, 4K video switching, USB‑C AV capture system, and centralized room management into a single, compact, 19" rack-mount unit. It is not just a simple audio matrix with automixing for conferences, but a true fully automated audio/video director, capable of managing framing, priorities, presets, and transitions in an intelligent, speaker-synchronized manner.

As mentioned, the unit integrates advanced audio processing, seamless 4 x 1 + 1 HDMI switching, a USB 3.0 hub, USB Type‑C AV capture, and a full set of DSP functions: HP/LP filters, EQ, AGC, compressors, feedback suppressors, limiters, delay, and multi-level automixing. With a total of 17 input channels (16 analog channels + 1 USB audio card channel) and 9 output channels (8 analog channels + 1 USB audio card channel), the AVCore 16.8 easily manages complex conference rooms, integrating microphones, speakers, UC systems, and all types of AV devices.

Its true uniqueness lies in its automatic video direction: via programmable presets, the system can automatically frame the speaker, switch cameras based on audio automix priority, activate Picture-in-Picture when two people are speaking simultaneously, and independently manage video direction for local monitors and those following the conference remotely (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Native integration between audio automixing and video switching allows for extremely natural behavior: whoever is speaking is framed, whoever intervenes takes the stage, and the room manages itself!

The Windows-based DSP Controller software allows for full system configuration: routing, DSP module editing, RS‑232/RS‑485 management, presets, custom panels, and advanced security. The 16 preset slots allow for saving complex configurations and recalling them instantly. The most powerful feature is the custom UI, which allows integrators to create tailored interfaces for technicians and end users, limiting access to authorized functions only.
