FEATURES
BORA12-CX is a long-throw passive PA speaker equipped with a 12" ferrite woofer + 1" horn-loaded coaxial tweeter, designed to ensure high performance in any weather condition, specifically an extended frequency response and excellent intelligibility for both music and speech.
Compliant with IP56 standards, it handles 300 WRMS at 8 ohms and also operates on 100 V lines thanks to the integrated transformer.
Its construction is extremely robust: the cabinet, equipped with an internal layer of sound-absorbing material, is made of injection-molded polymer compound with a scratch-resistant textured finish and exposed metal parts in stainless steel or aluminum, designed to resist dust, water, wind, and UV rays. The mounting bracket (with rubber grommets) is made of 316 stainless steel for marine environments, then painted white, a feature that makes BORA12-CX unique compared to competitors.
The rear wiring with gasket and stainless steel screws is completely sealed with a cable gland. The multi-layer front grille, which protects the speaker from the elements, is also made of stainless steel with screws of the same material and includes a rear protective layer of acoustically transparent foam and fabric.
Finally, the speaker is supplied with a safety harness (cable) and stainless steel screws for secure mounting.
Combined with the BORA15-EB subwoofer, it allows for even deeper bass that enriches the overall sound output.
