Bass Traveler is a practical battery-powered portable headphone amplifier, equipped with a dual mini-jack output, which allows two people to listen to the same sound source simultaneously. The headphone output of most personal digital players has limited power, not enough to drive high-quality headphones with high impedance. Thanks to the BOOST selector, this amplifier is able to increase the signal level so that the reproduced sound is always clear and brilliant, making Bass Traveler virtually usable with all headphones from 16 to 100Ohm. Bass Traveler easily connects to any device with an 1/8" jack output, offers a practical volume control, and is powered by an internal battery (rechargeable via the USB port) that ensures several hours of uninterrupted listening. It is also ideal for connecting to audio interfaces equipped with a single headphone output.
