The M-AUDIO BX5 D3 has a meticulously designed rear-mounted bass trap with an exact length and diameter that ensures deep, defined bass and significantly reduces the audibly intrusive air turbulence that occurs when bass is reproduced at high sound pressure levels (SPL). The M-AUDIO BX5 D3's tweeter is mounted in a custom waveguide for reliable, precise dispersion that eliminates unwanted high-frequency "dispersion," while ensuring a consistently wide and stable soundstage. For perfect setup and easy positioning of the optimal listening position, the M-AUDIO BX5 D3's front-facing positioning LED illuminates when you are at the perfect listening spot.
