The M-AUDIO OXYGEN PRO 49 features semi-weighted, velocity-sensitive keys with aftertouch, assignable zones, an integrated arpeggiator, 16 velocity-sensitive assignable pads with RGB illumination and Note Repeat function, 8 assignable knobs, and 9 assignable faders.
With the easily intelligible OLED display, configuring the M-AUDIO OXYGEN PRO 49 for use with major DAW software couldn't be simpler. Just select the mapping and the Auto-Mapping function will take care of the rest, automatically mapping key controls including transport commands, sliders, pan-pots, and more to the Oxygen Pro's hardware controls. In addition, the M-AUDIO OXYGEN PRO 49 will instantly map all bundled Air Music Tech virtual instruments (Hybrid 3, Velvet, Mini Grand, Vacuum, Boom, DB-33) for unprecedented real-time tactile control as you create and mix your music.
M-AUDIO OXYGEN PRO 49 includes Smart Chord and Smart Scale technologies. When Smart Chord is active, pressing a single key or pad generates a chord. And thanks to simple settings, chord and progression properties can be modified across the entire keyboard. With the Smart Scale function, the M-AUDIO OXYGEN PRO 49 keyboard adapts to one of 16 available musical scales so that only the correct notes are played.
