MADRIX RADAR is a lighting control software that uses the RDM (Remote Device Management) communication protocol, developed for the maintenance and technical support of installations where LEDs are used.
It is suitable for the most demanding entertainment, architectural and facade lighting applications, television studios and productions, live shows, concerts, festivals, trade fair booths, showrooms, hotels, cruise ships, service providers, and rental companies. DMX-controlled fixtures are equipped with RDM, a bidirectional communication for receiving instructions and sending feedback. By receiving device data, you gain access to a whole new level of information, insights, and available control options.

MADRIX RADAR is the complete toolbox to make the most of this data, automatically and efficiently. A single software to supervise all your lighting fixtures and manage a large number of RDM devices. It is a new type of application that opens up completely new possibilities for you and your customers and transforms the way you work.
MADRIX RADAR includes fully automatic, 24/7 device patching and monitoring, automatic email notifications, and much more. It allows you to easily configure settings remotely and quickly view results in graphical overviews at a glance. Configuration and maintenance processes are much faster, simpler, and more cost-efficient. You can create a database of previous sensor data and observe the progression of device parameters, such as temperature and operating hours, replacing devices that may fail soon before they actually do. In this way, you can make maintenance costs much more predictable by planning them effectively in advance.

Remote access allows you to easily configure your RDM devices from a distance. This means you can perform any configuration comfortably from your computer instead of accessing them directly on trusses, ceilings, or facades, avoiding potentially dangerous situations. Simplified device addressing avoids the complicated procedure of setting them manually before they are mounted. Alternatively, you can freely modify their settings, such as the DMX address, after any installation has been completed. Incredibly fast workflows drastically reduce the lengthy configuration process for a large number of devices. With the integrated search function, you can change the settings of a single device or select multiple entries to quickly make multiple changes simultaneously.

To automatically connect all devices in a single DMX universe or across the entire range of addresses, simply use drag-and-drop to place them in the correct order: setting DMX addresses has never been faster!
The built-in Highlight mode is useful for locating the devices themselves, as it makes them flash with full white light for quick identification during installation. Furthermore, you can verify if they respond correctly to DMX commands or if the lighting fixtures are addressed correctly in series.

Continuous monitoring takes place 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, completely automatically without any required supervision. MADRIX RADAR checks device status: voltage, temperature, power cycle, life cycle, and more. Graphical overviews allow you to quickly see if a sensor value is within specified limits or outside the valid range. With the Event Report function, in addition to simply requesting and receiving information, the software will apply its own logic routines to create events for you, analyzing and validating incoming data and detecting any irregularities. You can receive automatic status updates within the software, execute a PowerShell script, or let the system send emails.
