Messenger is the new generation Moog synthesizer, analog, monophonic, compact, with semi-weighted keyboard featuring 32 full-size keys. Packed with substantial innovations, it combines the iconic Moog sound with flexible and modern features for today's musicians, producers, and sound designers.
Messenger is equipped with two oscillators with wavefolding functionality, a sub-oscillator with continuously variable waveforms, loopable ADSR envelopes, 32 full-size semi-weighted keys with velocity and aftertouch, and the legendary Moog ladder filter enhanced with bass compensation at high resonance settings, multiple filter slopes, and multimode functionality. A perfect instrument for handling sounds across multiple fronts, from impactful leads to refined and ethereal textures, through to the most powerful and deep bass tones, Moog Messenger is a dynamic creative instrument accessible to all, perfect both on stage and in the studio.
Messenger draws from the DNA of Moog's most iconic monophonic synths such as the Minimoog Model D, the Voyager, the Grandmother, the Matriarch, and the Subsequent 37. A simple and intuitive metal panel, 256 presets, and knob-per-function controls make Messenger extremely playable and ready to deliver perfect results both live and in the studio. Two loopable ADSR envelopes and two LFOs offer a wide range of modulation options, with a 64-step sequencer for every preset and a dynamic arpeggiator always at your fingertips. Messenger integrates perfectly into any setup with six CV patch points, an external audio input, expression pedal and sustain pedal inputs, 5-pin DIN MIDI input/output as well as MIDI over USB-C.
