The Moog Subsequent 37 represents the definitive evolution of the highly acclaimed Sub 37 Tribute Edition. While sharing its architecture and main features, it boasts numerous sonic and functional improvements. The mixer section of the Subsequent 37 offers double the headroom of the Sub 37 Tribute Edition. This allows access to a new range of clean classic sounds in both mono and duo modes. Leveraging the mixer's new flexibility, the gain stage in the Ladder filter has been redesigned to increase harmonic saturation and analog compression, which leads to an overall enrichment of the low end. Completing the sonic evolution of the Subsequent 37, we have revised the Multidrive circuit, which now extends well beyond the "grit and growl" of the original Sub 37. In addition to the enhanced sound engine, the Subsequent 37 offers an updated keyboard for improved playability, an upgraded headphone amplifier powerful enough to be used with the most demanding headphones, and a software plugin/editor for both Windows and Mac.
