X1 è un subwoofer attivo di alte prestazioni da 320 W di potenza, dotato di due woofer da 9" a lunga escursione, alimentato da quattro batterie ricaricabili removibili e sostituibili durante durante l’esibizione, garantendo continuità operativa anche quando l’alimentazione è assente. Questo sub permette di creare un PA completo totalmente a batterie.
A differenza di molti dispositivi ad alta potenza, in cui la disconnessione dall'alimentazione può degradare le prestazioni, l'X1 offre le stesse prestazioni e potenza sia collegato all'alimentazione di rete che funzionante a sole batterie, assicurando un suono potente e dinamico in qualsiasi contesto.
Il progetto acustico prevede un condotto del flusso d'aria unico, poiché utilizza il flusso generato dalla struttura simmetrica della doppia camera sonora per fornire un'ampia gamma dinamica alle basse frequenze, creando un senso di spazio che supera i limiti delle piccole dimensioni del cabinet. La risposta in frequenza arriva fino a 40 Hz, permettendo all’X1 di offrire bassi potenti ovunque.
X1 ha due canali d'ingresso di linea e supporta due canali d'uscita del segnale simultanei, con possibilità di scegliere tra uscita filtrata passa-alto o a gamma estesa. È possibile selezionare tra uscite indipendenti o miscelate, per una maggiore flessibilità di configurazione. Inoltre, dispone di un commutatore di fase a 0° o 180°, che può correggere facilmente la sovrapposizione delle basse frequenze tra diffusore principale e subwoofer.
Il design compatto e leggero lo rende facile da trasportare rispetto ai subwoofer convenzionali, ed è dotato di una maniglia per il trasporto. Include anche un supporto telescopico per un setup rapido e semplice.
