OVERVIEW
The MXR EVH30 is based on the legendary chorus that Eddie Van Halen used to add depth to some of his most famous recordings starting in the early 1980s. It has a simple three-control interface: Volume, Tone, and Intensity, with switches to select input and output levels, mono and stereo outputs, and an internal True/Buffered Bypass switch for maximum sound customization. Use the EVH30 with the 5150 Overdrive for a huge, rich, and deep sound.
POWER
This pedal can be powered by a 9-volt battery or, alternatively, by a 9-volt power supply such as the Dunlop ECB003, DC Brick, Iso-Brick, or Mini Iso-Brick (not included).
EXTERNAL CONTROLS
Output Level: selects the output signal level;
Input Level: selects the input signal level for optimal signal-to-noise ratio;
Mono Output: in mono mode, it provides a mix of clean and effect signal; in stereo mode, it provides only a clean signal;
Intensity: adjusts the amount of chorus;
Stereo: provides the effected signal;
Tone: shapes the equalization of the effect;
Volume: adjusts the overall volume of the effect.
