Il pedale per basso M80 Bass DI+ di casa MXR incorpora in un'unica soluzione tutto il necessario per il bassista: una D.I., un preamplificatore e una sezione EQ a 3 bande. Dispone di una distorsione che può essere miscelata con il segnale pulito grazie alla manopola Blend, e lo switch gate mantiene il segnale silezioso. Nella sezione che gestisce il segnale pulito, lo switch Color permette di dare più personalità al suono. L'M80 presenta due switch, uno per attivare o disattivare l'effetto e uno per attivare o disattivare il distorto. Presenta un'uscita XLR e un'uscita jack da 1/4", oltre che a un interruttore per attivare l'alimentazione phantom per ogni circostanza.
