La ADA8S è la scheda combinata di ingresso e uscita a otto canali per i convertitori di rete Merging Horus e Hapi. In un unico modulo unisce otto preamplificatori microfono/linea di progettazione svizzera con conversione A/D e otto uscite di linea con conversione D/A, offrendo una soluzione completa e compatta per espandere il sistema con I/O analogici.
I preamplificatori offrono un guadagno da 0 a +66 dB e livelli d'ingresso massimi selezionabili di +24, +12 e 0 dBu, con impedenza d'ingresso commutabile fra 3 k? e 10,4 k?. Per ogni canale sono controllabili da remoto alimentazione phantom +48 V, polarità, filtro passa-alto a 80 Hz e impedenza, oltre alla commutazione remoto/locale a livello linea.
