Il Neumann NRC 1 è un telecomando hardware semplice e immediato, progettato per gestire i parametri principali di un sistema di monitoraggio Neumann con subwoofer. Permette di controllare il volume dell'intero sistema, il guadagno del canale LFE e il bypass del bass management, funzioni che durante una sessione di lavoro devono essere sempre a portata di mano.
Il collegamento avviene via cavo, tramite un normale cavo di rete CAT-5 o di categoria superiore, disponibile presso terze parti. Questa soluzione garantisce una connessione affidabile e priva di interferenze, ideale nelle regie professionali dove la stabilità del controllo è prioritaria. Il comando dei subwoofer compatibili, secondo i rivenditori i modelli della serie KH 810 e KH 870, consente di regolare il guadagno LFE in un intervallo da 0 a 10 dB e di attivare o disattivare il bass management con un solo gesto, per verificare rapidamente il mix con e senza la gestione delle basse frequenze.
