NOVATION CIRCUIT TRACKS is a groovebox with two synth tracks, two MIDI tracks, and two drum tracks, all in one compact, standalone, and portable device. It can be used both standalone and in a classic studio setup, synced with other hardware via MIDI and USB with a PC or Mac.
NOVATION CIRCUIT TRACKS features two enhanced Novation polysynths with the ability to load thousands of samples via microSD card, then perfect them using the four drum tracks. The integrated effects section allows real-time shaping of patterns and sounds for powerful and effective beats and grooves.
The synthesis engine is the same one that Nova series synthesizers have been based on for years, with impactful monophonic and polyphonic patches perfect for creating basslines, leads, and pads.
The NOVATION CIRCUIT TRACKS grid simultaneously displays steps and notes, so you can play sequences while seeing exactly what is happening. Tracks can be created by programming each individual step or by capturing performance in real time, all with maximum intuitiveness, allowing for immediate experimentation and creation. The velocity-sensitive RGB pads, already implemented in all latest-generation Novation control surfaces, allow for powerful and effective drum beats, with or without the use of the step sequencer.
Everything can then be processed with total control over pitch, decay, distortion, and EQ. With the 8 potentiometers, the sound can be further sculpted, allowing for detailed redefinition or complete transformation of each individual patch. Up to 128 steps of synth and drum patterns can be combined, and additional effects can be added: for example, synths can be sidechained with the kick drum for even more powerful and effective sounds. Once these combinations are created, there are 32 slots available to save the result. With an integrated rechargeable battery, this is the ideal solution for creating impactful tracks simply, immediately, and anywhere you are.
