ORTOFON CONCORDE MKII DIGITAL is a turntable cartridge released in conjunction with the Danish company's centenary, 40 years after the presentation of the famous Concorde design. The ORTOFON CONCORDE MKII DIGITAL features a renewed aesthetic, made more elegant by the slight bevels and continuous lines that run towards the stylus. The lifting/moving lever has a tapered shape, offering a wider grip area with excellent adherence. It is interchangeable and very solid thanks to the metal ring. The new styli are wider and more robust, comfortable to handle, and feature optimized attachment by means of a metal spring that allows you to feel the correct installation. The wider stylus opening makes it less prone to dust accumulation and allows for a better view of the groove, enabling more accurate needle positioning on the record. ORTOFON CONCORDE MKII DIGITAL is a turntable cartridge meticulously designed for maximum performance in playing "Time code" vinyls, offering a high output level (10 mV) to achieve an excellent signal-to-noise ratio of the control signal sent as input to software, which results in a better interpretation of the time code signal. To minimize interpretation errors of the time code signal, the frequency response has been calibrated by attenuating areas of the spectrum where record defects and crackles are concentrated. ORTOFON CONCORDE MKII DIGITAL is the obligatory choice for those using DVS systems such as Traktor Scratch, Serato DJ with DVS EXPANSION, or other vinyl-controllable software like Pioneer Rekordbox DJ, VIRTUAL DJ, Mixvibes Cross, etc. At the same time, given its optimal output level and sound quality, DIGITAL is also suitable for playing traditional vinyl records. The ORTOFON CONCORDE MKII DIGITAL replaces the previous "S-120" and "DIGITRACK" models.
