ORTOFON CONCORDE MKII MIX is a turntable cartridge belonging to the new Concorde MKII series, launched to coincide with the Danish company's centenary and 40 years after the presentation of the famous Concorde design. The ORTOFON CONCORDE MKII DJ features a renewed aesthetic, more elegant thanks to the slight bevels and continuous lines that travel towards the stylus. The lifting/moving lever has a tapered shape, offers a wider grip area with excellent adherence, is interchangeable and very solid thanks to the metal ring. The new styli are wider and more robust, comfortable to handle and with optimized fixing by means of a metal spring that allows us to feel the correct installation by touch. The wider opening of the stylus makes it less prone to dust accumulation and allows a better view of the groove to enable more accurate positioning of the needle on the record. ORTOFON CONCORDE MKII MIX features a well-made spherical stylus installed on a robust cantilever and offers a decent output level, good groove tracking which translates into a balanced and quality sound. With an excellent price/performance ratio, a linear and transparent frequency response across the entire sound spectrum covered and excellent adaptability, this cartridge is suitable for practically all musical genres thanks to a good tracking value. The ORTOFON CONCORDE MKII MIX replaces the previous "PRO" and "PRO S" models.
