ANALOGUE PASSIVE MONITOR CONTROLLER
The Palmer Monicon L is a precise analogue volume controller, connected between the computer or audio interface and the active monitor speaker. The circuit is completely passive and colour-neutral; the LED indicators and integrated headphone amplifier are powered by the included power supply. Balanced combo jacks serve as stereo inputs, the AUX input of the Monicon L features RCA and 3.5 mm stereo jacks. The compact mixer offers outputs for two pairs of monitors and a mono summed output on XLR jacks. Stereo or AUX inputs can be selected alternately, while the two outputs can be selected individually or in tandem. In addition to a large volume control, the Monicon L features Mono, Mute, and PFL switches, a 6.35 mm headphone output, and separate AUX and headphone controls, ensuring convenient operation.
