The Radial Dragster is a super-compact load correction device that allows you to adjust the load on your electric guitar's pickups to replicate the sound as if it were connected directly to a tube amplifier.
When a guitar is connected to an amplifier, the pickup and amplifier combine to form a circuit. But as soon as a buffer is introduced between the two, this natural relationship is lost. The pickup 'sees' the buffer and the tone changes. This is the fundamental reason why guitarists hate the sound of wireless systems and non-true-bypass pedals. The Dragster solves this problem by restoring the full, rich tone that is lost when connecting your guitar to a wireless transmitter or other buffered inputs such as stompboxes, mixers, sound cards, or all-in-one recording systems.
The Dragster is plug & play and easy to use. Simply connect your guitar or bass to the Dragster using one of the ¼" inputs and then output from the Dragster with the other jack. Adjust the wheel to achieve a sound you like and you're ready to go! The compact design makes it easy to mount on a pedalboard, while the built-in mounting flanges make it a breeze to attach the Dragster to your guitar strap.
