10" Active Speaker
The RCF ART 708-A MK4 is an 8" active speaker with a custom-designed dome compression driver and high-power voice coil, delivering unique vocal clarity and consistent sound projection throughout the listening area. The 8" woofer provides an extremely linear response and precise low-frequency control. The transducers are manufactured using the most advanced assembly technologies. The two-channel amplifier delivers 800 W and is controlled by a DSP that handles crossover, equalization, phase control, soft limiting, and transducer protection.
RCF speakers have been designed using highly advanced digital FIR technology, conceived to achieve transparent sound with maximum naturalness and a perfect sound image. The special FiRPHASE algorithms enable uniform sound distribution for all listeners without phase distortion, ensuring minimal latency in the audio system.
RCF's Class D power amplifier technology packs enormous performance into a lightweight solution that operates with high efficiency. ART 7 amplifiers offer ultra-fast attack, realistic transient response, and impressive audio performance. The amplifier features a solid aluminum mechanical structure that not only stabilizes the amplifier during transport but also aids fanless heat dissipation. All ART 7 amplifiers feature an SMPS power supply section to produce maximum output power and minimum transport weight.
The robust and ergonomic cabinet is easy to transport, thanks to the handle on the top or the practical handles on both sides. The base of each speaker includes a steel socket for installation on a stand or a subwoofer pole. Stability and safety are guaranteed. The rear of the cabinet is shaped for use as a floor monitor as well. Numerous internal reinforcements prevent any cabinet deformation.
