The RP-5000 MK4 takes Reloop's tradition of iconic turntables to a new level. This high-torque turntable combines the familiar and beloved traditional features, uncompromisingly optimized with additional innovations, making the RP-5000 MK4 a reliable and precise tool for demanding DJs.
Thanks to the newly developed direct drive motor and its impressive 2.5 kg/cm club-standard torque, and its proven yet further improved layout, the RP-5000 MK4 offers the user an immediately familiar experience, with virtually no learning curve. The DJ turntable's motor characteristics are finely calibrated to minimize wow and flutter, delivering exceptionally smooth and precise performance.
The RP-5000 MK4 boasts a precision die-cast aluminum platter, a statically balanced S-shaped tonearm, equipped with hydraulic lift, anti-skating, and a universal (SME type) headshell attachment. DJs can enjoy maximum versatility with three speeds (33 , 45, and 78 rpm), an adjustable pitch range (±8%, ±16%, or ±50%), a smooth, click-free pitch fader, and a reverse switch, making it the ideal setup for home use, club sets, or advanced scratching routines. The pitch reset button and clearly marked tempo scale ensure that DJs always stay in sync with the beat, even in the intensity of a club challenge, allowing them to react quickly. The placement of each button has been carefully chosen with ergonomic principles in mind for optimal workflow and sufficient distance from the tonearm – and DJs know what that means!
