The RELOOP RP-8000 MK2 is a direct drive turntable designed for seamless integration with Serato DJ Pro, offering the ability to control up to 7 different performance modes via the pad section. And thanks to the exclusive Platter Play mode, the pads can be used to control the platter's rotation speed to create melodies and authentic musical performances. The RELOOP RP-8000 MK2 represents the perfect combination of a professional, first-class turntable and an innovative musical instrument.
In addition to all the improvements for creative use, the RELOOP RP-8000 MK2 features an LCD display that shows information about pitch, BPM, deck assignment, scales and notes, elapsed/remaining track time, as well as firmware settings.
For example, when used with Serato DJ Pro, you can view the current track's BPM without needing to look at your computer screen.
The RELOOP RP-8000 MK2 features a smart and sophisticated USB connection that allows you to daisy-chain up to 4 turntables to your computer.
The individual units automatically pair with Serato DJ Pro decks sequentially.
The new aluminum-designed LED searchlight is freely rotatable and removable to facilitate stylus placement in dark environments.
The RELOOP RP-8000 MK2's top panel also features a speed selector (33 1/3, 45, and 78 rpm) and a dedicated reverse mode button.
Developed for the Serato DJ Pro application, and thanks to perfect plug-and-play integration, the RELOOP RP-8000 MK2, along with DVS vinyl control, offers unparalleled creative possibilities.
The 8 large RGB-illuminated pads access 7 different performance modes (Cue, Sampler, Saved Loops, Pitch Play, Loop, Loop Roll, Slicer), as well as 2 user modes freely assignable to your favorite functions.
Using the multi-function encoder, you can scroll through your music library tracks and instantly load them into the respective deck.
Additionally, thanks to full MIDI compatibility, the RELOOP RP-8000 MK2 can work with all MIDI-compatible DJ software.
The RELOOP RP-8000 MK2 features a statically balanced S-shaped tonearm with hydraulic lift and anti-skating system, a more stable tower base, and adjustable vertical tracking height/angle (VTA). The low-resonance tonearm has a universal connector for SME standard headshells.
Platter Play mode allows users to control the platter's pitch via the performance pads, opening up new creative possibilities during live performances and transforming the RELOOP RP-8000 MK2 into a true musical instrument.
Platter Play mode includes 22 ready-to-use scales and 34 notes, as well as up to 9 user-defined scales.
In Platter Play mode, the two speed selectors can be used as pitch bend or to decrease or increase the track's pitch in semitone steps.
In addition, the platter speed can also be controlled via an external MIDI keyboard.
The RELOOP RP-8000 MK2 features a powerful quartz-driven direct drive with digitally controlled and corrected speed with extreme precision. The high-resolution pitch value (+/- 8%, +/- 16%, and +/- 50%) is displayed on the LCD and facilitates beat matching during complex mixes.
If the Quartz function is active, the platter speed will not be affected by the fader position.
The extremely precise quartz-controlled motor with automatic pitch correction has an initial torque of 2.8 kg/cm, adjustable up to a maximum of 4.5 kg/cm. This makes rotation extremely smooth with wow and flutter of only 0.01% WRMS. Furthermore, the platter's start/stop speed can be adjusted from 0.2 to 6 seconds, and the precision-machined, rubber-coated die-cast aluminum platter reduces unwanted vibrations and resonances.
Thanks to 2 pairs of RCA outputs (line/phono), the RELOOP RP-8000 MK2 can be connected simultaneously to two different mixer inputs or two different mixers, simplifying the use of traditional vinyl and DVS.
The practical ground connection offers additional protection when used in clubs.
All cables are detachable for easy transport and repositioning after use.
