This version allows you to upgrade from Arena 6 to Arena 7 on a single computer. Resolume Arena is the evolution of Avenue. In addition to integrating all the features of its younger sibling, Arena offers powerful additional tools. The main addition is advanced mapping. This function allows you to subdivide the video into multiple portions, apply geometric corrections, and align content to real surfaces. This is a fundamental feature for achieving pixel-accurate projection mapping but also for managing infinite LED wall configurations. Another useful function is edge blending, which is the ability to use multiple video projectors to create a single screen. Arena not only allows you to align the various surfaces, but also to use the soft edge function, to work on correcting the light overlapping caused by the superposition of projected surfaces. Arena is designed for large events, so in this version it is possible to synchronize content via SMPTE timecode, Denon StageLinQ, or Ableton Link. It is also a very useful tool for lighting designers thanks to its ability to manage DMX input and output signals (via ArtNet or compatible USB-DMX adapters), thanks to the possibility of creating custom fixtures, but above all thanks to its integrated pixel mapping.

With Syphon on the Mac and Spout on Windows you can share visuals in real-time between Resolume and other apps running on the same computer. You can even program your own apps that integrate with Resolume.
