FEATURES

The GX4pro is a processor/scaler for on-demand video wall or LED wall applications that offers a range of essential functions, such as seamless switching between sources, transition effects, PIP, dynamic LED display configuration, audio management, and multi-device splicing. The latter allows combining multiple GX4pro units by connecting them via HDMI loop to achieve perfect splicing between multiple displays, as required in video walls, for example.

Fully modular, in addition to standard HDMI, CVBS, VGA, and DVI inputs, plus a pair of analog RCA audio connectors, it comes with an empty slot for any single input module which can be chosen from HDMI, DP, DVI, SDI, VGA, CVBS, and USB to adapt the GX4pro to a particular application environment.

The two outputs are DVI 2K (2048x1152@60 Hz) with the possibility to choose multiple resolutions, including custom ones, depending on the display to be used. EDID management ensures that the processor's output resolution and frame rate always match those of the display. The TAKE button on the front panel, already familiar to RGBlink users, allows for previewing and changing input with a transition effect, chosen from one of the 12 available.

The GX4pro supports both embedded audio and audio from an external audio source with both external outputs (OUT L/R, also on 3.5mm mini jack). The RCA audio output is ideal for connecting the processor to dedicated audio systems, while embedded audio is for transmitting audio and video to remote LED displays that include speakers, as in digital signage applications.

The GX4pro can function as a controller for LED displays when universal sender cards are installed in the respective slots; there are two empty slots suitable for a 2.6 Mpixel card or two 1.3 Mpixel cards, respectively. Another option to control an LED wall is via the RGBlink SubitoNX™ 2.3 Mpixel card, supporting up to 3840 x 1920 pixels resolution through 4 RJ45 ports, with the advantage of having a library of profiles for quick configurations.
