The HDSPe AES-32 is a 32-channel 24 Bit 192 kHz AES I/O interface that can count on the high performance guaranteed by full support of the PCI Express protocol. It is a PCIe card equipped with 8 AES inputs and outputs up to 192 kHz. Equipped with MIDI I/O ports, word clock, and an optional TCO module for synchronization to LTC and video signals. Finally, an AES interface with the renowned RME quality. The HDSP AES-32 represents the definitive solution for all recording studios, broadcast and TV, and wherever interfacing with machines adopting the professional AES standard is required. The interface consists of a main PCI Express card with word clock I/O connections and a 25-pin D-sub for 4 inputs (XLRF) and 4 AES outputs (XLR-M). The expansion card adds channels 9-16 and 2 MIDI I/O ports (via an additional cable). Thanks to TotalMix (a mixer based on the integrated DSP and fully remote controllable via MIDI), all 16 physical inputs can be freely routed to each of the 16 outputs, offering unprecedented monitoring functionalities. A 19" 1U rack breakout box is available with connections accessible from both the front and rear panels: the BOB-32, with D-sub connections with Tascam and Yamaha pinout, also usable with other third-party digital equipment.
