Include una stazione di ricezione e 8 postazioni microfoniche da tavolo identiche, con la possibilità di espandersi fino a sedici partecipanti. Utilizza la tecnologia ADFHSS per garantire comunicazioni di qualità. Per poter selezionare quale postazione microfonica opererà come presidente o delegati, bisognerà acquistare separamente i preamplificatori PM 8P o PM 10P con priorità selezionabili.
BE-20CONF-2 è dotato di due modalità di conferenza, una basata sull'ordine di intervento (primo che parla) e l'altra su richiesta di parola (parla su richiesta), e offre un'alimentazione sincronizzata che spegne automaticamente i microfoni dei delegati quando quello del presidente viene disattivato, una volta che le priorità sono state assengnate mediante PM 8P / PM 10P. La durata della batteria è di circa 12 ore di utilizzo continuo, con un LED che segnala quando è necessario ricaricare.
