È impermeabile secondo lo standard IP66, quindi completamente protetto dalla polvere e dagli spruzzi d’acqua, e utilizza una membrana tropicalizzata che lo rende resistente agli agenti atmosferici.
Il corpo è in plastica ABS, con un diametro totale di 186 mm e profondità di 65 mm. Il fissaggio è semplificato grazie a un sistema a clip, mentre il collegamento avviene tramite fili, protetti da guaine in silicone anticorrosione.
