Opera nella banda 600 – 928 MHz, una frequenza ISM universale conforme agli standard internazionali CCC, CE, ROHS e FCC, assicurando compatibilità, affidabilità e un’elevata resistenza alle interferenze. La stazione gestisce fino a 60 canali, consentendo il funzionamento simultaneo di un’unità "Presidente" e tre "Delegati", senza limitazioni sul numero totale di delegati collegabili in modalità FIFO.
La WDR69M supporta le modalità di conferenza first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) e richiesta d’intervento, permettendo una gestione ordinata delle prese di parola. La comunicazione avviene tramite doppio canale di trasmissione, che garantisce uno scambio stabile tra base e unità desktop. Un sistema di rilevamento della batteria segnala eventuali livelli critici tramite LED sulle unità conferenza, mentre la tecnologia digitale con frequency shifting assicura un tono chiaro, stabile e privo di feedback.
La portata operativa della stazione varia generalmente tra 25 e 30 metri, secondo le caratteristiche della sala. La trasmissione digitale offre numerosi vantaggi: un sistema anti‑interferenza particolarmente efficace (senza interferenze con laptop o dispositivi vicini), basso rumore, alto rapporto segnale / rumore e una migliore dinamica del ricevitore. Le unità collegate possono funzionare fino a 5 ore ininterrottamente e rimanere in standby fino a una settimana, garantendo continuità anche in contesti di utilizzo intensivo.
