La direttività e l’attenuazione delle basse frequenze dei microfoni SCHOEPS CMH riducono il rischio di innesco del feedback. L’utilizzo del microfono a breve distanza aumenta la componente di suono diretto e compensa l’attenuazione integrata delle basse frequenze con l’effetto di prossimità.
L’effetto di «popping» sulle consonanti della voce parlata è notevolmente ridotto dal filtro antipop integrato e viene ulteriormente attenuato dal roll-off delle basse frequenze del microfono.
