It consists of two parts: one part, the Inner Part Slide 3.0, is permanently attached to the fixture, and the other part is attached to the mounting surface. You simply slide the fixture part into the bracket, and it locks into place.The Slide 3.0 is an improved version of the previous model and slides in and out from two sides. Locking and unlocking is quicker and more convenient thanks to the spring-loaded locking mechanism. It is completely noise-free and compatible with the slide parts of the previous model, so you can easily upgrade your Showgear Slide.
