Rain Cover for Moving Heads
The Showgear Rain Dome 40 is a rain cover for standard moving heads with a diameter of up to 40 cm. This allows you to safely use indoor moving heads during outdoor events, as it will protect them from heavy rain. It can be placed directly on a truss as a totem since it is equipped with 4 M12 threaded holes for attaching to spigots.For the Rain Dome 40, there is only one cover available. This cover is suitable for various moving heads with a diameter of up to 40 cm.
The Rain Dome has a built-in pressure switch to prevent undesired damage. The switch will automatically cut off all power when the internal pressure drops. This option can be temporarily disabled by an included bypass switch. It can be connected via Pro Power True and is equipped with three output connectors (Pro Power, Pro Power True, and Schuko) to power the moving head and/or other devices. There is also the possibility to use your own cables, as there is a waterproof opening (flap) on the back.
Please note that we also have a rain dome available for larger moving heads Ø 40-60 cm or other devices.
