The Showtec Octostrip FLEX Set - 0.5m is a set of 8 RGBW LED strips with IP65 rating and a dedicated controller. Each LED strip has a separate 0.5-meter long housing with 4 controllable LED sections (28 LEDs in total) and a maximum power of 14 watts. The controller supports Art-Net and DMX, but also has standalone modes with built-in presets and color sequences. All units are equipped with a robust aluminum housing which, in the case of the LED strip, also aids in convective cooling of the LEDs.The set comes with interchangeable white and black frosted diffusers that provide uniform light. The white diffusers block the least amount of light. The black diffusers allow the Octostrip to be virtually invisible against a black background when turned off. Included are 4 dedicated 2.5m cables and 4 dedicated 5m cables with control signals and power. Additional dedicated cables of various lengths are available separately (maximum allowed length: 30m).
