USB Stereo Microphone
The SHURE MV88+ STEREO USB is a professional stereo USB condenser microphone with two 1cm capsules in a Mid-Side configuration, compatible with PC and Mac computers, to which it connects directly via the included USB-C or USB-A cables. Once connected to the computer, the microphone appears as an I/O audio interface. The 1/8" headphone output (3.5mm TRS minijack) can be used for direct monitoring of the incoming microphone signal, or to listen to the playback signal from the computer, or both mixed together as desired thanks to the dedicated control available in the ShurePlus MOTIV Desktop application for Windows and MacOS operating systems.
In the app, you can customize the sound capture by selecting preset DSP modes, manage gain adjustment, EQ, Limiter, Compressor, and stereo width control. There are five preset DSP modes: speech, singing, flat, acoustic, and loud (live performances and high-volume sources). You can also choose the polar pattern between Stereo, Mono Cardioid, Mono Bidirectional (figure-8 only), and raw Mid-Side mode.
