The Shure SE846 Clear Gen 2 are high-end professional earphones, offered here in the semi-transparent clear version with a standard audio cable featuring a TRS mini-jack connector.
With four high-definition drivers, a revolutionary low-pass filter, and customizable frequency response, the three-way SE846 Clear Second Generation earphones are designed for unparalleled audio listening in a discreet and durable design. Certified by the Japan Audio Society.
The frequency response (from 15Hz to 20kHz) is customizable in 4 different configurations, for a listening experience that adapts to your preferences. The default configuration uses a new extended red nozzle, which increases the extension and performance in the low frequencies while adding airiness to the high frequencies to optimize the soundstage. The "balanced" nozzle enhances clarity and detail, the "warm" one offers further emphasis on low frequencies, while the "bright" one highlights high frequencies. Impedance: 9 Ohms.
The innovative design of the low-pass filter delivers previously unattainable performance in the lowest frequencies of an earphone-based listening system, acting like a true subwoofer, without sacrificing clarity and detail. Also included are: a quality zippered case, a 1/4" adapter, and numerous ear tips of different materials and sizes to fit any ear and need.
Compared to previous generation models, a new "XS" size ear tip has also been added.
