The 2Control combines speaker/headphone monitoring in one compact, easy-to-use, high-quality device. Any DAW-based studio can benefit from its essential monitoring functions.
It is based on a dual-channel concept that allows for connecting two sources, two sets of stereo speakers, and two sets of headphones. Each headphone output is driven by an independent amplifier, with no interaction between the two outputs.
It features crossfeed control for the headphone outputs, derived from the high-end Phonitor amplifier, to adapt the headphone stereo panorama to the image perceived from the speakers. Inputs 1 and 2 are calibrated for +4 dBu line signals; input 2 can also be adjusted to -10 dBV.
