FEATURES
The Tarm 3 is an RGB white light laser with full analog color modulation and a pure diode light source. The guaranteed output power is 3000 mW after optics. This laser has an integrated network DAC for Showcontroller and Showeditor but can also be controlled with any ILDA laser control software such as Pangolin Quickshow, Pangolin Beyond, LSX, Lasergraph DSP, etc. via external ILDA interface (e.g. FB3). It also has a built-in memory with preset patterns, which can be easily triggered via DMX and auto mode.
The Tarm 3 comes with an integrated ShowNET network interface and free laser show software (Showeditor). The Showcontroller software is also supported and can be purchased additionally. Two different DMX modes are available:
- DJ Mode with the features most commonly used by beginners. Only a few DMX channels are used for quick and easy access to the most important adjustments directly on the laser system.
- Professional Mode with all DMX functionalities, especially for users with a DMX console. All adjustments can be triggered and allow full control over the professional laser show.
The integrated ShowNET works as a DAC and allows ILDA streaming.
The maximum scanning speed is very high at 45 kpps @ 8° ILDA for graphic projection and allows a maximum scan angle of 50°; alternatively, a CT-6210 scanner with 60 kpps @ 8° ILDA and a maximum scan angle of 60° is available. The high-precision diode arrays provide excellent beam divergence of less than 0.6 mrad for a small beam diameter.
This laser can deliver beautiful colors, with good fading. Its very bright 1000 mW 637 nm single mode red is impressive. We then have a 900 mW 520 nm green and a 1700 mW 450 nm blue.
The housing of the Tarm 3 is very robust and dust-proof, so there is no air circulation inside the case: this minimizes maintenance. The mounting bracket allows the laser system to be hung and mounted in an upright position.
The Tarm 3 is particularly suitable for show laser applications in clubs and bars and can be used by both beginners and professionals.
