TASCAM's CD-200SB is a device for playing audio files from SD/SDHC media, removable USB memory, and CDs (CD-DA, CD-R, CD-RW). Supported formats include WAV, MP3, MP2, WMA, and AAC. On the front panel, there are 10 dedicated buttons for direct access to folders on the selected memory. The unit can also extract tracks from audio CDs and save them to CD/SDHC/USB in WAV or MP3 format for archiving purposes and easier playback. The CD-200SB also offers functions such as Single, Shuffle, Program, and Repeat Playback, Intro Check, and Pitch Control (±14%). The display shows artist and track names thanks to CD-Text and ID3/WMA/AAC functions. An anti-shock memory (10 seconds) provides adequate protection against dropouts.
