The DR-60D MKII is a compact 4-track recorder designed for use with digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) or digital single-lens mirrorless (DSLM) cameras. It can be mounted directly on the camera to record high-resolution audio. It uses HDDA microphone preamplifiers, whose quality is considered state-of-the-art for S/N ratio and low distortion. Recordings can be made in 44.1/48/96 kHz, 16/24-bit WAV or BWF format. It records in stereo mode and up to 4 channels simultaneously, which can then be reduced to a stereo signal. Recording levels can be adjusted independently for inputs 1, 2, and 3, 4, and the Dual Recording function allows two files to be recorded in parallel at different levels.
