The TECHNICS SL 1210 MK7 is a direct drive turntable with a height-adjustable S-shaped tonearm and a high-precision coreless motor.
The TECHNICS SL 1210 MK7 retains all the features that have made previous versions consistently one of the most popular turntables for both DJs and audiophiles, while incorporating new features and technologies that make it even better.
The TECHNICS SL 1210 MK7 features pitch control of ±6% or ±16% and instant reset, stylus overhang adjustment and cartridge weight adjustment, and is built with a rigid mass structure fully insulated with damped feet capable of absorbing all vibrations. The direct drive motor offers the unparalleled precision typical of this historic turntable, while the stroboscopic light indicator (which can now be switched from red to blue) and the new white LED stylus illuminator make it easy to use even in the darkest clubs.
The Reverse Play function allows you to reverse the direction of the deck simply by holding down one of the speed buttons and then touching start/stop, while the familiar pitch control on the right allows for a +8/16% change.
The TECHNICS SL 1210 MK7 works with 33 1/3 and 45 rpm turntables, with the option to switch to 78 rpm.
