The TOWNSEND LABS SPHERE L22 is a modeling condenser microphone that recreates the characteristics of the most sought-after large-diaphragm condenser microphones with astonishing accuracy, allowing you to select different microphone types and polar patterns even after recording. The Sphere™ system consists of a very high precision dual-channel microphone, which, coupled with the included Sphere DSP plugin (in UAD, VST, AU, AAX Native formats), accurately reproduces the response of a wide range of microphones, including transient response, harmonic content, proximity effect, and three-dimensional polar response.
