The WARM AUDIO WA-DI-A is an active direct box built around the topology and engineering of the famous CineMag USA transformer, unlike any other DI Box in the world. It is built with high-end discrete components housed in robust aluminum chassis that include switches, knobs, and connectors designed to withstand violent abuse on the road or in the studio.
The WARM AUDIO WA-DI-A is characterized by a warm and rich tone even after long cable runs, with sound quality as a top priority.
The WARM AUDIO WA-DI-A offers the rare versatility of having a built-in variable pad knob that attenuates the input signal from -3 dB to -30 dB, easily handling any instrument input source.
The WARM AUDIO WA-DI-A offers a Thru-put jack that is bridged to the input jack. It is a convenient jack that allows you to send the instrument signal to a second location in addition to the live mixer or recording device. This Direct Box can also take a recorded line-level signal and send it to another line input while simultaneously sending the signal from the XLR mic output.
The WARM AUDIO WA-DI-A is ideal for instruments with passive pickups, particularly acoustic instruments. The WARM AUDIO WA-DI-A can also operate in "passive" mode, which is better for balancing the signal of instruments with active electronics, but it still performs very well on passive pickups, producing a frequency range that exceeds the bandwidth of most passive DI boxes on the market.
